What We Do

As part of our commitment to providing a multi-faceted approach to leadership development, The Leadership One Stop, LLC was developed in July 2022 to be a centralized unit that helps individuals, teams, and organizations actualize their leadership potential.

Educator, Facilitator, Leadership Coach

Dr. Brandon R. Brown or “Dr. B”  has served in higher education for almost 10 years leading, educating, supervising, and empowering students and professional staff members. Through each of his current and recent roles, he has grown to value effective leadership, the importance of relationships, and getting to know people and their stories. He’s an educator, speaker, instructor, and facilitator who loves helping people - young and old - to reach their true leadership potential!

One who is always smiling, Dr. B believes in the transformational power and impact of effective leadership and leadership practices. With a leadership philosophy rooted in servant leadership, Dr. B values serving his family and community to help make the world a better place one conversation at a time.

Dr. B has studied leadership for over 10 years through formal education and through a significant amount of training, seminars, and mentorship - he truly loves what effective leadership can do for people and their overall well-being. Dr. B received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middle Tennessee State University in English and Leadership Studies, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of South Alabama, and a Doctorate of Education from Trevecca Nazarene University in Leadership & Professional Practice. Leadership Coach, Author, Strategist

Jessica Nathan Brown or "Jess" is a Birmingham native that values working with people to maximize their leadership potential. She has worked in higher education for the past 7 years, providing leadership and professional development to students and professional staff members. Coupling her love for service to her community and creating impactful experiences for individuals to learn more about themselves, Jess is also heavily involved in a plethora of professional organizations that have equipped her with tools to strategically lead those around her.

Whether at work, in church, or in her community, Jess is a powerful and influential leader who is selfless, relatable, and empowering to everyone she encounters.

Jessica received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stillman College in Psychology, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of South Alabama, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.  Get to know Jess more by setting up a meeting with her today!
